Straight answers before the visit
Common questions about service, approvals, timing, transportation, parts and warranties.
What would you like to know?
Do you provide estimates before work begins?
Yes. After the necessary inspection or diagnosis, the advisor provides a written estimate and requests approval. Online prices and phone ranges are not final estimates.
Can I bring my own parts?
The demonstration policy shown here normally requires shop-supplied parts so fit, quality and warranty responsibility remain clear. Exceptions would be reviewed before the appointment.
How long will my vehicle be at the shop?
Timing depends on diagnosis, parts and the approved scope. The advisor gives an expected update window and communicates when new information changes the plan.
Do you offer a shuttle or loaner?
A local shuttle and limited reservation-based loaners are represented in this demo. A production site should state the real service area, age, insurance and availability terms.
What if my vehicle is unsafe to drive?
Stop in a safe location and call for guidance. Sudden steering or braking changes, overheating, smoke and red warning lights can require towing rather than continued driving.
Is diagnostic time charged?
Yes in this demonstration policy. Skilled testing takes technician time and equipment. The diagnostic authorization is separate from repair approval.
What warranty is included?
Approved repairs are represented with a 24-month or 24,000-mile limited parts-and-labor warranty, subject to the written exclusions and repair order.
Can you maintain a leased vehicle?
Independent shops can often perform scheduled service when correct procedures, parts and documentation are used. Owners should review their lease and warranty requirements.
Do you service hybrid and electric vehicles?
The demo includes qualified hybrid and EV maintenance pages. A real shop should only advertise procedures supported by technician training, equipment and facility safety controls.
Can I wait during service?
Waiting may be practical for scheduled maintenance, but diagnosis and larger repairs can require more time. The advisor confirms the most realistic transportation plan.
